Working directly with the co-founders and integrating closely with their data science team, I designed an end-to-end app experience spanning AI chat functionality, a range of interactive lessons, audio player and more. Accounting for a user group often struggling with overwhelm, the experience focuses on clear, guided paths, simplifying a powerful product to effortless user journeys and providing structure to ongoing, meandering chats.
